多分Documents and Settings辺りに設定ファイルが残ってて、完全にアンインスコ出来てないんだと思う。 オイラも素人だし、使ってないから詳しいことは分からないけど、辿っていけばそれらしきフォルダが無いかな。 完全削除を謳ったフリーソフトも探せばあると思うけど、使ったこと無いから分からない。
たしか前スレでObjectDockの起動に4分かかってしまってお手上げになっていたものです。 Program Files内を整理していたらCommon Filesの中にObjectDockの何かのファイルが残っていたので、 削除したところすぐ起動するようになりました。誰かのためになればと書き残しておきます。

ウインドウ最大時にマウスを下に持っていってもドックが前面に出てこない現象は、同 > Reserve screen area for the dock (ドックのために画面領域を確保する。要するにウインドウ最大時にドックが隠れないようにする。)の設定ができてから起こっていると思うよ。 私のところではチェックをはずして機能をオフにしてもウインドウ最大時にドックを前面に出せないよ。 前面に出す方法としては、この機能を使って下に1pixelの隙間を作ることが考えれられるね。同 > Height of reserved screen area 値を調整してみて。私のところでは35pixelsで下に1pixelの隙間を作れたよ。

However, when I went to the installation directory, there was only StardockWeather.ocx, no Weather.ocx. I created a copy of the original file, and replaced it with your link (without renaming).
1. Magnification - is not implemented 2. Old skins and everything else for 5.6 do not work for 2.0.0.0 3. I've got a Windows 7 x64, and it works perfect, not sure why you cannot run it.
Edit: I forgot, about item 3, you can try to download and install this and then try to run XWD, may it helps. Please tell if not.
