After previous release several new issues were reported and fixed:
1. Glide64 (the plugin) Fixed tlut mode set in sprite microcode - sky in Glover works correct. 2. GlideHQ (the texture enhancer) Fixed high-res textures load on multicore CPU 3. Glitch64 (the glide wrapper) Code cleanup and optimizations
Glide64: - New experimental fix for backgrounds. Fixed Glover sky blue line issue. Report me, if you will find a new issue(s) in other games with this fix. - Fix for "Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits". This fix must break something else, but I don't remember what. If you will find, what is broken by this fix, I probably will be able to fix both games.

Microdev please check this as it doesn't seem to cause any regressions not sure if there is any improvement but there may be in some games.

Noticed that the code still is required removing it causes hi-res textures not to show. Tho when i made it just return 0 the textures loaded.
Changelog 1964Vide: Fix the crashing in Super Smash Brothers when the HD re texture pack is loaded. This fix is based off a fix for Rice Video Linux now just need to fix up the textures that aren't loading in it, also i haven't found any regressions.
